Mental Energy Body:
The mental energy body is closely tied to the emotional body. It is the place of our cultural, personal and generational beliefs, and belief systems. It is also our thoughts about one’s self and how one interacts with others. It is home to the mental critic. Beliefs are like software. They can be repatterned.
Spiritual energy body:
Opening the Heart and finding Meaning in life. To awaken to our goodness, Higher purpose, goals, and serving in the world. Your ‘conscience’ and your sense of connection with others, your environment, the universe, your Source, and the Flow of Divine love.
